Lynda Sanders

Lynda is a native Austinite and has had the privilege of seeing Austin grow and go through many changes.  She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Texas in Austin and taught first grade in AISD before finding her niche with preschoolers.  Lynda has also received a Preschool Leadership diploma and an Advanced Christian Development Diploma for her studies related to preschool education.  Lynda has 35 years of experience with preschoolers and 20 years experience as a Director in Weekday Preschools.  Lynda serves WWBC as the Preschool Division Director, a Mission Friends teacher, and the Director of Westoak Woods Weekday Preschool.  In addition, Lynda is active in the Adult Celebration Choir. 

Lynda is married to Chris Sanders.  They are parents of three grown children, Ben and his wife Heather, Andrea, and Lauren and her husband Todd.  They delight in their granddaughter, Savannah.
